ASCO Sends Letter to NIH Regarding Its Public Access Publishing Proposal

On September 3rd, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) released a draft proposal to provide public access to studies supported by NIH funds. NIH requested public reaction to the proposal, which would grant free access via PubMed Central, 6 months after publication of the study in a peer-reviewed journal.
